Azia Raju is an educator, leadership developer, speaker, and community advocate dedicated to helping young people discover their voice, develop their gifts, and make meaningful contributions in their schools, churches, and communities. With more than 15 years of experience in education, youth development, and nonprofit leadership, she is passionate about creating environments where young people are seen, valued, and empowered to thrive.
As the founder of Young Leaders’ Life (YLL), Azia equips adults to cultivate leadership, spiritual maturity, and active participation in the next generation through intergenerational discipleship and shared leadership practices. Her work helps organizations move beyond simply serving young people to intentionally developing them as contributors and leaders.
In addition to her work with YLL, Azia serves as a Board Advisor for A Courageous Voice, supporting efforts to protect children from abuse and exploitation through prevention education, community awareness, and advocacy. She believes lasting change happens when families, schools, churches, and communities work together to create safe, supportive environments where every young person can flourish.
